RA.ONE REVIEW BY SAMEER VALECHA

When it comes to super hero films, India doesn't have many of them to it's credit. SRK has gone all out to make a descent attempt to make one. But sometimes things don't go as expected and this happens in Ra.One. Film is based in the backdrop of a game called 'Ra.One'. The film starts up slowly showing the father-son relationship and then it moves to it's plot of the game where the Villain is more powerful than the hero. Then a few things occur due to which the villain comes out of the game. Then it's the battle of Good vs. Evil. At the end of the first half, it seems that the film will have pace in the second half but the second half also lacks pace which was expected. Director Anubhav Sinha has done a fine job but one thing was not made clear that how can someone come out of a game. SRK, Kareena and Arjun fit well in their parts but the child outsmarts them all and has acted the best. Music is already on top of the charts. Action stunts all fine, especially the train sequence. Special appearences are made by Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra and SUPERSTAR RAJNIKAANTH.
Final Say- Ra.One is a descent film to watch if one has average expectations but if someone had very high expectations(like me), then you might be a bit dissapointed.
