Dream spell for ‘Dabangg’ remake ‘Gabbar Singh’

The Telugu remake of Hindi blockbuster ‘Dabangg’ starring Salman Khan- ‘Gabbar Singh’ is making waves down South. The film which opened to humungous response is going strong at the Box Office. Rana Daggubati's grand dad, who is considered a veteran of Indian cinema has praised ‘Gabbar Singh’ profusely.

“The film is extraordinary from beginning to ending”, remarked Ramanaidu after watching ‘Gabbar Singh’.

Touted as actor Pawan Kalyan`s comeback in Tollywood, after a string of flops, ‘Gabbar Singh’ has worked wonders for not just the actors, but the producer and the director of the film.

Giving a pat on producer Bandla Ganesh’s back, Ramanaidu said, “Ganesh`s production values are praise-worthy. He has grown up from being an artist to a producer now. I wish that his next film with Vytla and NTR too will become a big hit.”

Bestowing heaps of praise upon Pawan Kalyan, Ramanaidu said that he was awed by Power Star`s style, fights and dances. “Pawan Kalyan`s performance in the role of a cop was very good. I liked his dialogue delivery and style,” he added.

‘Gabbar Singh’ which released on May 9 has netted around R.s 25 crores, which is a new benchmark. The film is expected to break the record of top Telegu money spinners ‘Magadheera’ and ’Dookudu’.

Harish Shankar`s directorial ability has also been appreciated. From song picturisation to the climax to the acting of Shruti Haasan and the item song by Malaika Arora Khan, all have been liked by the audience.
